About Me!
Hello whip enthusiasts, customers, cattle-drivers, and whip makers alike! Welcome to my website. My name is Kobe Schmidt. I am a Paracord nylon whip-maker out of Central Alberta, Canada. I was born and raised in Ponoka, Alberta. When I was 12 years old I moved to where I live now, Drayton Valley, Alberta. In about January of 2017 I watched Indiana Jones And The Raiders Of The Lost Ark for the first time, probably one of my favourite movies of all time to this date. After watching the film I was curious about the film. Especially the Bullwhip. I carried out a little bit of research. I gathered “materials” if you will, and in February of 2017 I set off to make my very own Bullwhip. About five minutes into the project to which I considered a “whip” I realized I had no idea what I was doing. But I pushed through the project and about 20 minutes later I had my self my first ever Bullwhip. Made from a plastic straw, a nylon string, electrical tape, and some bailing twine. It was about a month later when I tried my first ever Paracord Bullwhip. It worked well for me at the time. But now days I’d consider it trash. But it was a step towards forming this company. I am now a 16 year old whip maker making high quality durable and affordable bull and snakewhips. I do what I love and you get a quality handmade product
